We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and drive business growth through innovative services and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities include leading a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver a relaxing experience; hiring, training, and evaluating staff; creating schedules; managing payroll; managing inventory and supplies; maintaining equipment; collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns; understanding wellness trends; implementing new services; handling customer feedback; and ensuring client satisfaction.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication skills, a passion for wellness, and a background in hospitality or wellness management. Experience with spa management software, budgeting, and health and safety regulations is essential. This full-time role may require evening and weekend hours.
