Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in sports facilities or construction projects. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities. Experience with AutoCAD or reading technical drawings (advantage). Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure. Company accommodation or housing allowance. Professional, growth-oriented work environment within a leading UAE group.
Al Amal Al Sarea Sports Solutions, part of the AAIF Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and technical experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships in the UAE market — especially within the sports and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports and construction industries.
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and collect project data to support sales operations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide performance reports to management.
