Job Title : Call Center Agent – Trading Customer Support

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent to join our Customer Support team, providing professional assistance to clients in trading and investment. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with clients, manage their accounts, and provide effective guidance and support to ensure an outstanding investment experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Monitor and manage client and investor accounts.
- Clearly explain investment and services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and account continuity.
Qualifications
Previous experience in trading and investment, with a solid understanding of financial markets.Experience managing client accounts and following up with investors.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.More than one experience in forex, trading and financial marketAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Work hours from 10am to 9pmStrong organizational skills and team collaboration abilities.Benefits
