Job Description

• Prepare a strategic plan for the Risk Management function. The plan should clearly set out a proposed department structure, required resources and tools required to deliver on the set plan.
• Develop and manage the enterprise Risk Register to identify potential risks the business may be exposed to and implement necessary risk monitoring and mitigation processes and procedures.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework by establishing necessary risk management programme, risk appetite, terminologies, policies, standards, practices and effectively implement them across the whole organization

Review risks’ programs to ensure that potential weaknesses and losses are identified and associated risks brought to the attention of company’s Board of Directors
