Waiter / Waitress

We are a bustling restaurant located in the lively city of Nizwa, seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
• Present menus and take orders accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences
• Upsell additional items or specials to increase revenue
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are set properly
• Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements :

Salary : 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
