Divisional Manager - Marine & Archimedes Marine Engga

Lead the marine division, managing P&L, strategic planning, and execution of marine and EPC projects. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Drive growth, optimize operations, and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for marine projects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for marine and EPC project growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.
