Job Description

1. Liquidity & Cash Management

Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
Optimize working capital and develop cash flow forecasting models.

2. Funding Strategy & Capital Structure

Lead the development and execution of medium- and long-term funding strategies.

Evaluate and secure funding options (e.g., bank loans, bonds, securitization, credit lines).

Structure and negotiate financing arrangements and lease-backed facilities.

3. Treasury Operations & Controls

Oversee daily treasury operations, including payments, cash pooling, intercompany transactions.

Maintain a robust internal control environment to prevent fraud and errors.

4. Financial Risk Management

Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to interest rate, currency, and liquidity.

Implement and manage hedging strategies as needed.

5. Banking & Investor Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

Manage bank account structures, fees, and covenant compliance.

6. Reporting & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting to internal stakeholders and regulators.

Comply with relevant financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, Basel, AML / KYC, local central bank regulations).

Requirements

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Treasury-related certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, ACT) are a strong advantage.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Prior experience in a leasing, banking, asset finance, or capital-intensive financial services environment is essential.

Demonstrated experience in raising debt capital and managing complex treasury operations.

High analytical ability and financial modeling competence.
