Job Description
Develop and Implement for all technical aspects of SAP MII applications
- Perform the role of Technical member in SAP team
- Track, utilize and update the ticketing system
- Analyze the issue and provide the support
- Validate and carry out the technical coding
- Monitor and manage the MII User Creation, Modification, Role assignment & Modification
- Participate in teaching and training members of work team / end users
- Update and keep the relevant documents for audit and future reference purposes
- Take part in internal business requirement meetings and analyze workflows
- Any other activities assigned as per the need of the team / organization
- Support the business for
MII Applications support
SAP Technical supportAssist the Senior in performing the following mentioned activities in the Business systems :
Address employee / user requests for maintenance and assistancePrepare the Appropriation / Change Requests and see it through to its final stageTranslate user business requirements into general & detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementationConduct and action risk analysesManage the users and the relevant project expectations in terms of functionalities, cost and schedulePerform to achieve the Project delivery scheduleManage and conduct user acceptance testingManage Change Request with further documentationPrepare and update the process documents then and thereAdhere the objectives set in performance management systemDevelop and Implement for all technical aspects of SAP MII applications
