Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Muscat. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, managing event logistics, collaborating with vendors, and overseeing the execution of events. The role also involves maintaining open communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving event-related sales.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales with a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings based on event schedules
• Knowledge of Oman’s tourism and cultural heritage is a plus
