Substation Electrical Engineer – 10-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Substation Electrical Engineer to join a leading international engineering consultancy delivering high-profile energy and transmission projects in Oman. This is a 10-month contract role, offering the chance to be part of a major infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Resident Engineer through regular site visits, inspections, and coordination across all technical disciplines.
• Participate in Site Technical Coordination Meetings , reviewing Contractor submissions, Shop Drawings, and construction activities.
• Inspect and monitor Contractor work to ensure compliance with Contract Documents and best practices.
• Verify compliance with approved method statements, drawings, and layouts .
• Witness site activities and testing procedures.
• Assist in final inspections, certification of completion, and handover of works.
• Ensure effective on-site safety measures .

Qualifications & Experience :

Contract Duration : 10 months (fixed-term)
