CFO (Renewable Energy)

The CFO shall have the primary responsibility of leading project finance for all projects in Oman, including accounting, audit, and fiscal aspects of the corporation's operations, as well as coordinating supporting information systems and financial controls.

The role involves financial modelling, market sounding, developing bankable commercial concepts, and obtaining in-principle sign-off from banks on project structures. The CFO will advise on finance strategies, sourcing financing, and securing favourable or suitable term sheets, along with finalising, executing, and delivering finance solutions.

Requirements

• Candidate must have banking experience.
• Candidate must have previous experience successfully securing project finance for large projects.
