Event Sales Executive

The Event Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting event-related business opportunities, ensuring smooth planning and flawless execution of meetings, banquets, weddings, and social functions. This role focuses on client relationship management, sales conversion, and effective coordination with internal departments to deliver memorable guest experiences while maximizing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Actively solicit new event business through sales calls, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
• Maximize sales opportunities by upselling banquet packages, F&B options, and value-added services.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.
