Aesthetic Nurse - Dermatology

The Aesthetic Nurse will assist the Dermatologist in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of skin conditions. Responsibilities include assisting in skin exams, assessing patients' conditions, recording medical histories, and following up with patients.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Will be primarily focused on chemical peels, facials, and lasers (non-ablative lasers).
• Strong experience with state-of-the-art machines (such as HydraFacial, silk peel dermal fusion, clear and brilliant laser, carbon laser, forma by Inmode, and micro needling).
• Be familiar with actions in urgent situations (anaphylaxis, shock, etc.); should be able to assist the doctor in case of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Able to provide customized services and treatment to patients (with the guidance of Dermatologist / Cosmetologist).
• Skills in filling medical documentation, writing forms / PC. Also able to take before / after patient photos, gather, and maintain patient cards and histories.
• Client care / safety is always a priority.
• Be able to perform preventive and therapeutic measures prescribed by a cosmetologist.
• Skilled in carrying out aesthetic cosmetic procedures, such as facial cleaning, comedo extraction, facial massage, meso-rollers, etc.
• Take care of the cosmetologist's working place, prepare the equipment for work, monitor its safety and serviceability.
• Should be able to prepare clients for procedures (cleaning the working area, applying anesthesia, assisting during the procedure), and monitor the patient's condition during the procedure.
• Provide infectious safety for patients and medical personnel, meet the requirements of infection control, and be familiar with aseptic and antiseptic rules.
• Experience in Phlebotomy would be an advantage.
• Have comprehensive knowledge and awareness of safe practices, initiating and leading clinically safe practices within the Clinic team.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of psychosocial issues that impact persons with skin diseases / conditions.
