Job Purpose :
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet. This includes delivering outstanding guest service, managing staff, achieving financial goals, and ensuring consistent quality in service and product delivery in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations :
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the outlet, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor the quality of service and food / beverage presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance meet required standards.
- Guest Experience :
- Greeting and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest preferences and feedback are recorded and used to personalize future visits.
- Team Management :
- Train, coach, and supervise service staff to maintain high performance.
- Schedule staff based on forecasted volume to optimize labor cost and service efficiency.
- Conduct regular briefings and team meetings.
- Financial Performance :
- Monitor outlet revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Control inventory, manage ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase average check value.
- Compliance & Standards :
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper grooming, service, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure SOPs are followed.
- Coordination & Reporting :
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure excellent service.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and operations.
- Participate in promotions, marketing, and event planning for the outlet.
Qualifications :
Minimum 24 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B.Strong knowledge of restaurant or bar operations.Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
