The Job
Marine Infrastructure Supervision
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections of civil and structural works such as concrete, steel, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and marine-related structures.Review and verify inspection requests (IRs), material submittals, and method statements.Ensure all site works comply with approved design, specifications, and HSE regulations.Monitor the contractor’s performance and report non-conformances with corrective action recommendations.Maintain daily site records, photographs, and inspection logs using digital documentation systems.Support the Resident Engineer and QA / QC Engineer in quality control processes and progress verification.Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover inspections.Assist in preparing reports and summaries for weekly and monthly progress meetings.The Profile
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of experience in civil or marine infrastructure supervision.Minimum 5 years of GCC experience on large-scale infrastructure or waterfront projects.Strong knowledge of concrete, structural, and coastal construction techniques.Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and quality assurance systems.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and electronic document management systems (e.g., Aconex).Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.The Employer
