Job Description

  • Provide specialist hands-on support and expertise for Program / Project Managers and are typically used to bring their expertise to a specific high-profile program / project.
  • Responsibilities vary widely but are likely to include ensuring project plans and documentations are complete.
  • Up to date, tracking and reporting of performance and coordinating project governance arrangements and reporting.
  • They'll be known as experts and will play a proactive role in supporting Program / Project Managers to apply program and project management methods and implement best practice processes.
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritise and develop projects.
  • Planning project management including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Provide successful and consistent delivery Program / Project Management Office (PMO) services for a large program or project.
  • Establish project documentation requirements or procedures and advise stakeholders.
  • Analysing project data including project budgets, risks and resource allocation.
  • Providing project reports and budget vs spending outlines to executives.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standard.
  • Carry out risks assessments, capture them in a risk register, involving stakeholders and referring to specialists where relevant.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately documenting project s creation, development and execution, as well as documenting the projects scope, budget and justification.
