Job Position : Head of Asset Management – Islamic Banking

Job Description :

Responsible for the development and management of the Asset Management business in a highly professional manner.

• Carry out the vision laid out for the Asset Management Department as regional market leader.
• Develop strategy and effective execution plan for the business.
• Launch new funds / products under Islamic banking umbrella.
• Lay down policies and procedures for managing the funds and portfolios.
• Monitor the performance of the funds and portfolios.
• Ensure proper systems and processes for running the activities of the unit.
• Manage the Unit’s day-to-day activities.
• Establish and maintain Asset Management relationships.
• Facilitate operational areas to perform at the highest level of efficiency and undertake problem-solving exercises when needed.
• Prepare the Budget for the year.
