We partner with ambitious founders to build the platforms that will define the future.

This is a junior / early‑career role with direct mentorship from the founder and full exposure to the venture capital lifecycle. You will help source, analyze, and execute investments across multiple sectors, working closely with the founding team to build Novarc’s investment engine.

This role is designed for sharp, ambitious talent who want to develop into full‑stack investors.

What you’ll do

Sourcing & Market Research

• Identify promising startups, founders, and emerging market themes.
• Build and maintain a dynamic deal pipeline across local and global markets.
• Conduct market research to map industries, competitors, and sector trends.
