As a Teaching Assistant / Reception Admin at Wall Street English, you are central to the student learning experience. You'll guide students on their journey, helping them stay engaged, motivated, and on track to reach their goals. You will conduct welcome sessions, advising sessions, and provide ongoing personalized feedback, acting as the bridge between students, teachers, and the service team.

Please note: this is a customer-facing role. You will work on reception and support any other duties needed in the day-to-day operation of the institute. If you're not comfortable welcoming people to the centre and being outgoing and extroverted, this may not be the job for you. If you are, you are exactly the person we've been looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome students and visitors at reception and create a positive first impression of the centre.
  
• Support students' learning through personalized coaching and guidance.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
  
• Build strong relationships to foster trust and motivation.
  
• Promote an all-English learning environment and encourage daily usage.
  
• Conduct welcome sessions, advising sessions, and progress reviews.
  
• Assist with student bookings and coordinate class schedules.
  
• Support any other operational tasks required to keep the institute running smoothly.
  
• Act as a brand ambassador by creating a positive, engaging center experience.
  

Requirements

• Education: University degree required.
  
• Experience: Previous teaching, training, or coaching experience preferred.
  
• Skills & Competencies:
  • High level of spoken and written English.
    
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic and approachable.
    
  • Confident, outgoing personality, comfortable in a front-of-house, customer-facing role.
    
  • Ability to motivate students and personalize learning strategies.
    
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
    
  • Background in education, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
    
• Availability: Able to start immediately.
