The Integration Point Company announces its desire to hire an Omani accountant for a full-time position to join its financial team, according to the following terms and responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, revenues).
  • Preparing accounting entries accurately in accordance with the accepted accounting standards.
  • Preparation of financial reports (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Audit review to ensure the accuracy of records, invoices, and transactions.
  • Management of accounts receivable and payable : Monitoring customer collections and supplier payments.
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations and matching bank statements.
  • Preparation of tax returns (value-added tax, income, payroll).
  • Analysis of operating costs and comparison with the budget, along with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support senior management with accurate financial reports that aid in decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and laws (IFRS or GAAP).
  • Participating in internal and external audit processes and preparing the required documents.
  • Perform any additional tasks or reports requested by management.

Terms :

  • The applicant must be of Omani nationality.
  • A university degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Practical experience in the field of accounting (previous experience in report preparation and taxes is preferred).
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and computers.
  • High accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team.
