Job Description

The Senior Product Manager, VAS will be someone who deeply understands and gets excited by the possibilities of telecoms products and value added services.

The Senior Product Manager, VAS will have end to end responsibility of individual or multiple products and take their inspiration from insights and analysis across a number of creative touch-points including customer feedback, 3rd party capability and global best practice.

You will be handling multiple products and propositions both strategic and tactical in nature. You will be managing key vendor and partner relationships in finance and banking environment. You will be the marketing key contact with the internal and external wholesale and partnership stakeholders, assisting the head of products to define and develop the product roadmap.

Responsibilities shall also include the following :

• Gathering the business requirements, writing the business and technical specifications.
• Ensuring that the user experience of all products and propositions is world class to improve usability and discoverability.
• Project managing the implementation and launch of the products and propositions and ensuring they are delivered on time, monitoring the performance of the products, and tweaking the product based on feedback.
• Quantitatively analysing results to drive product and proposition direction and strategy.

Job Skills :

You should have a University Degree (in particular with an International qualification) with 8+ years marketing experience, 5 years of marketing experience in telecom, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposition and product lifecycle management.
