Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Cladding Facility in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing manufacturing operations, with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the cladding facility, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
Manage production schedules, inventory, and quality control processes to meet customer demands.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing training and guidance as necessary.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Specializing Cladded products, automated cladding facility, exposure in managing CRA, cladding operations using automatic horizontal and vertical cladding machines.

8-12 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cladding or construction materials.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.

Proficient in using ERP systems and production management software.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
