Engineering Lecturers & Instructors-Oman

Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce that we are currently seeking a number of Senior Lecturers, Lecturers & Instructors in Various Engineering Departments for our client in Oman. The positions require the delivery of vocational trade, specialist, undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs in a well-equipped and high-quality learning and teaching environment, resulting in the student’s acquisition and application of knowledge and the achievement of operational competence and effectiveness at all levels.

These positions offer a superb remuneration package.

The areas required are: Aero, Civil, Geomatic, Marine, and Systems Engineering.

Requirements: Senior Lecturer:

• PhD/Professional Doctorate/equivalent desirable
• Master’s Degree and/or vocational experience of a similar level of subject authority.
• First degree or equivalent in subject area

Lecturer:

• BA Degree in Related Field
• Must have a minimum of two years in the field of higher education preferably with experience in the field of evaluation.
• Master’s Degree and experience of not less than (5) years in the field of higher education preferably with experience in the field of evaluation is preferable.
• Membership of a professional organization (CEng / IEng).

Instructor:

• Aircraft License holder(where applicable)with course approvals or aircraft components and, preferably, has been the holder of an authorization to teach and examine which was issued by a member of ICAO.
• Certificated knowledge level attested by the local Authorities to issue Aircraft Maintenance & engineering specialty diploma(where applicable).
• Aircraft apprenticeship or formal aircraft engineering training that covers the EASA modules within the scope of instruction.
• A Degree, Certificate, Diploma or following completion of a teacher training or an instructional techniques course.
• Train the Trainer certificate would be a bonus.
