Overview
Execute and supervise complex rigging operations, ensuring safety compliance with Saudi Aramco, LOLER, OSHA, and LEEA standards in oil and gas environments. This role involves safe handling of ropes, cables, and lifting gear in port and offshore environments, with a focus on rigging and lifting operations. Rope access personnel execute activities safely, report incidents, adhere to policies, ensure teamwork, and maintain high-quality standards while communicating professionally.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor offshore plant equipment, ensuring safety, production targets, and compliance with QHSE standards while coordinating maintenance and emergency responses.
- Inspect tools and equipment, coordinate rigging needs, and implement safe rigging practices in accordance with regulations.
- Oversee safe lifting operations, manage equipment, supervise teams, and develop lifting plans while maintaining documentation.
- Report incidents, maintain compliance with safety policies, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement lifting plans; ensure documentation and regulatory compliance; provide technical expertise in rigging and crane operation.
