Workshop Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations in OMAN The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a workshop environment, overseeing a team of technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the workshop and ensure efficiency in processes.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the workshop environment.
• Develop and oversee training programs for workshop staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Prepare and manage workshop budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 9-12 years of experience in a HEAVY EQUIPMENT workshop management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of workshop machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in project management and operational strategy development.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
