Civil Engineer / Head of Operations

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer / Head of Operations to lead our engineering team and oversee the execution of various civil projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing engineering operations, ensuring project success, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and budgets to senior management and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project adherence to specifications.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
