Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager-Civil to oversee and manage civil engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
