Hiring Sales Support Officer for Dairy Company in Oman

Position: Sales / Brand Promoter – Retail Stores

Education: Bachelor's Degree / MBA

Experience: Minimum 3 years, Oman/GCC experience is compulsory

Gross Salary: 500 to 550 OMR including Accommodation

Health insurance provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve monthly volume & value targets.
• Manage product distribution, merchandising, shelving, pricing, and visibility.
• Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability and adequate stock.
• Promote company products and build strong customer relationships.
• Plan daily van territory coverage and visit assigned/remote locations.
• Manage mobile store/van sales, including cash handling and closing transactions.
• Assist customers with product queries and selection.
• Ensure effective product delivery and merchandising across assigned locations.
