We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in civil or electrical engineering to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and project managers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports to identify any potential delays.
• Evaluate and analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in India.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
