We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee our vehicle maintenance and operations team in Oman. This leadership role requires extensive expertise in managing workshops that service earth-moving equipment, trucks, pickups, and buses. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring safety standards, and optimizing workshop efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Supervising daily workshop activities and staff management
- Planning and overseeing maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and vehicles
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Managing inventory and procurement of spare parts and tools
- Implementing operational improvements and reporting on workshop performance
