Warehouse Senior Storeman / Warehouse Storeman
Responsibilities
- Storage, material handling and movement of goods required for projects and their associated activities in a professional and safe manner without incurring any unnecessary cost or risk to Lamprell
- Day-to-day physical receipt of materials, tagging them project-wise, making them available for QC inspection, and storing them in pre-assigned bin locations
- Reporting receipt discrepancies to the concerned authorities for corrective action
- Physically issuing materials and updating them in the ERP system to match physically issued material
- Preparing a list of leftover materials at the end of revenue projects to allot them procedural grades by the Supervisor
- Maintaining the materials in the Warehouse and receipt records ready for audit or inspection
- Working with strict adherence to Lamprell Safety Rules and regulations
- Reporting any irregularities to the concerned Team Leader
- Maintaining perfect discipline when allocating or re-allocating responsibilities in the Warehouse
- Maintaining stock inventory and performing cycle counts every month
- Sustaining a high level of customer support to both internal users and external suppliers
- Maintaining a good relationship with warehouse team leader, supervisor, inter-departments, and different facilities of Lamprell
- Ensuring compliance with HSES policies and procedures as applicable
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
At least 4 years’ experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Construction Industry is added an advantage.
Safety and risk compliance by maintaining high safety standards.
Able to quantify the operational requirements and respond accordingly
