Product Manager : 6-month contract - Oman-based - Urgent Start
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within large-scale transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business goals and customer needs are at the centre of delivery, and drive value through iterative product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and customer needs.
- Use market research, customer insights, and journey mapping to shape product propositions.
- Translate vision into prioritised features and measurable outcomes.
- Lead workshops to identify opportunities, pain points, and solutions.
- Apply Agile / Lean practices to deliver in short, value-driven increments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners to ensure alignment.
- Build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide product analysts to enhance product delivery.
