Head of Compliance and Ethics

They are looking for an experienced Compliance and ethics professional who has experience of building and embedding the compliance program within a major national or multinational company within the energy or manufacturing sector.

This role is looking to pay between 9,-11, USD per month and then on top of that you will organised/pay for your accommodation they also have a number of other befits on top like schooling and Flights

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Development: Design and oversee a robust corporate compliance programme, focusing on conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management across various departments to ensure compliance controls are effectively integrated and maintained.
• Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programmes to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour throughout the organisation.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and managing corporate compliance programmes, ideally within the energy or manufacturing industry.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a compliance team, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, including conflicts, anti-bribery and corruption, and sanctions ect
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: A relevant degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Significant experience in a similar role within a major national or multinational company.
