Head of Compliance and Ethics

They are looking for an experienced Compliance and ethics professional who has experience of building and embedding the compliance program within a major national or multinational company within the energy or manufacturing sector.

This role is looking to pay between 9,-11, USD per month and then on top of that you will organised / pay for your accommodation they also have a number of other befits on top like schooling and Flights

Key Responsibilities :

– Programme Development : Design and oversee a robust corporate compliance programme, focusing on conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions.

– Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with senior management across various departments to ensure compliance controls are effectively integrated and maintained.

– Risk Management : Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

– Training and Awareness : Develop and deliver training programmes to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour throughout the organisation.

Skills and Experience Required :

– Proven Expertise : Extensive experience in developing and managing corporate compliance programmes, ideally within the energy or manufacturing industry.

– Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a compliance team, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

– Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, including conflicts, anti-bribery and corruption, and sanctions ect…

– Communication : Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively.

Qualifications :

– Education : A relevant degree in Law, Business, or a related field.

– Experience : Significant experience in a similar role within a major national or multinational company.
