Ecommerce Manager Elite Force Consultancy

الوصف الوظيفيExcellent Communication Skills Basic Growth hacking Development of Ecom. Business Web page Merchandising Oversee the E-commerce website of SDG, manage overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns, and work on landing page SKU’s based on customer search categories. Manage integrated campaigns to increase conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve ATV and basket size. Collaborate with digital marketing manager on spends and marketing budgets to drive traffic through calendar events. Define an event calendar to assist category managers with markdown plans and discounts in collaboration with retail. Expand the marketplace by onboarding more vendors to increase product variety on the website. Ensure site hygiene during promotional periods, optimize landing, category, and product pages. Oversee client satisfaction on the marketplace, addressing issues related to shipping, delivery, and payments.
Requirements :
- Experience (Yrs & Field) : 6+ years in the same field
- Educational Qualification : Postgraduate / MBA
- Professional Certifications : Google Certified or any Ecommerce Certificate
