Qualification : Bachelor in relevant fieldExperience : 8 years of experience.Key Accountabilities
Work closely with the corporate leadership team to support a wide range of strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, greenfield developments, and disposals.Providing recommendation and analysis to GM, CFO, Senior Management, and Board of Directors.Responsible for day-to-day M&A project management and coordination including due diligence, valuations, and internal communication.Provide support for critical deal processes including negotiations and structuring.Communicate and coordinate continuously with the internal deal teams and senior management.Interface with external advisors including investment banks, accountants, legal counsels etc.Assist in development and implementation of Group business development strategy and projects.Identify material business and partnership opportunities for new ventures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.Manage end-to-end business development process including idea generation, project structuring, contracts and partnerships, feasibility studies and execution.Manage and interface with internal cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery against plans and targets.Job Details
