Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
