Conduct regular audits and inspections across departments.

Maintain up-to-date SOPs for all operations.

Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to plan and implement patient acquisition and retention strategies.

Support campaigns, open days, and promotional events for each department.

Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Oversee clinic management software, booking systems, and patient databases.

Ensure staff are trained on using digital systems effectively.

Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance and activity reports.
