We're Hiring : General Manager – Sales

Location : Sohar, Musandam, Buraimi, Suwaiq, Saham, or Shinas – Sultanate of Oman

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in driving retail and business growth? We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our BMB (Batinah, Musandam, Buraimi) region. This high-impact role blends retail sales, government engagement, and strategic management, driving results across multiple outlets in northern Oman.

Role Overview

As General Manager, you will oversee the commercial and operational performance of sales outlets and retail stores across the BMB region. You will manage a team of senior professionals and be responsible for sales growth, government contract acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction.

While telecom experience is a plus, it is not essential . What matters most is your strong background in sales , regional business leadership , and the ability to foster key relationships—especially with government officials and business clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and commercial operations across regional retail outlets.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies tailored to local market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and corporate clients.
