Skill / Knowledge

• Deploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in debt collection, accounts receivable management, or customer service roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications, with experience working with CRM software or debt collection systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
