About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Strategist – Strategy & Innovation to work closely with the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer (CSIO) in shaping and executing high-level strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the company’s innovation framework, business operations, and long-term vision. It is designed as a succession pathway to the CSIO position, equipping the right candidate with leadership skills and strategic expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Support the CSIO in driving corporate strategy, identifying key market trends, and developing competitive growth initiatives.
- Innovation & Technology : Foster a culture of innovation, evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Data Analytics), and explore new business opportunities.
- Corporate Development & M&A : Engage in mergers, acquisitions, and partnership activities to drive strategic growth.
- Branding & Communication : Collaborate on brand positioning, customer engagement, and market perception strategies.
- Performance Management : Establish KPIs, track execution of strategic initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
