We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer to join our team based in Muscat, Oman . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, conducting product training, leading proof of concepts (POC), designing wireless and surveillance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to align solution designs with customers’ business requirements in the Oman market.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, system integrators (SI), and end-users, both remotely and onsite.
• Conduct regular product training sessions for customers and partners in Oman.
• Lead POC / IoT activities at customer sites to validate project requirements.
• Design wireless solutions using predictive heatmaps and site surveys.
• Engage with customers, system integrators, and end-users, working closely with the sales team to provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver hands-on workshops and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per heatmap designs or equivalent brand solutions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
