QA / QC - Lead

Qualifications

More than 10 years’ experience in engineering QA / QC work in petrochemical / oil and gas or power generation industry.

Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement the quality management standards and practices to ensure compliance to the quality scope requirements.
• Lead inspection recommendations and continuous improvement programs to improve quality, control costs and maintain reliability.
• Develop and implement inspection and test plans.
• Develop and implement QA / QC procedures and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Carry out the role of Radiation Safety Officer.
• Set up and maintain Quality documents archive.
• Coordinate with the COMPANY for inspection and resolution of any quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Manage all QA / QC documents of the CONTRACT scope including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction / observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA / QC documents.
• Ensure closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instructions
