Finance Administrator

Job Description

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Verify billing data, including pricing, quantities, and contract terms
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments
• Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed
• Run and update bill of material databases
• Collection assurance. Drive meetings with the customers,
• Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve billing issues
