Job Title : BOUTIQUE MANAGER - FASHION & LUXURY JEWELRY - Oman
Main Accountabilities : Business Performance & Operations
- Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability.
- Analyze performance to identify business needs and translate them into actionable objectives.
- Review sales reports and data to determine business needs and develop strategies accordingly.
- Ensure staff are trained in all POS functionalities and procedures.
- Properly execute all management POS functions.
- Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash management.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures for transferring and receiving stock.
- Maintain boutique image in line with brand standards.
- Implement and execute merchandising directives and strategies.
- Ensure displays, fixtures, and visual areas reflect current visual direction.
Client Experience & Development
Provide the highest level of customer service through all associates.Manage client database to increase sales and client engagement.Deliver service excellence to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.Manage special events such as collection previews, client events, and sales events.Empower associates to make customer-focused decisions that support brand values.Team Management & Development
