Role : Project Manager - Wholesale Banking Domain

Location : Muscat, Oman

Experience Required : 12+ years [with significant experience (about 5+ years) in Wholesale / Corporate Banking]

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in the Wholesale Banking domain. The role involves managing end-to-end banking transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely, compliant, and effective delivery of strategic outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, and / or related field.
• 12+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in Wholesale / Corporate Banking.
• 7+ years of project management experience handling large-scale banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate / Institutional Banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications like PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.
