Program Manager (Oman)

Job Overview : Highly skilled Acceleration and Startup Ecosystem Building Program Manager who will be the driving force behind Oman based acceleration program and will be responsible to manage all aspects of the program, facilitate ecosystem building events and training, mentor startups, and maintain good working relationships with all partners.

Responsibilities Program Management : Develop, refine, and execute multiple programs, including accelerators, bootcamps, and incubators, ensuring alignment with Brinc’s corporate innovation goals.

Oversee all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling events, mentorship sessions, and workshops.

Support program participants during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into programs.

Startup / SMEs Engagement Plan and implement outreach campaigns to attract startups and SMEs to participate in Brinc programs.

Conduct due diligence on applicants, contributing to the selection and evaluation process for startups and SMEs.

Act as the primary contact for portfolio startups, providing mentorship and support throughout their engagement with Brinc.

Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with external partners, mentors, and investors, fostering connections that enhance program value.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs and events across multiple channels.

Ensure effective communication of program details and updates with all stakeholders.

Ecosystem Building and Event Management Organize and execute ecosystem-building events such as hackathons, design sprints, and workshops to strengthen Brinc’s presence in Oman.

Collaborate with the regional marketing team to ensure maximum visibility and impact for these events.

Research and Strategy Development Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify trends, needs, and challenges within the Oman innovation ecosystem.

Contribute to the design and refinement of program curricula and activities to meet market needs.

Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Brinc’s reach within Oman.

Develop and pitch proposals that highlight Brinc’s value proposition to potential clients and partners.

Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Innovation Manager to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and funding.

Qualifications Experience 3-5 years of experience in program management, startups, accelerators, or corporate innovation.

Proven track record in managing multiple programs and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with industries such as technology, fintech, or sustainability is highly desirable.

Skills Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for mentoring, stakeholder management, and public speaking.

Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities strategically.

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Education Degree in business, innovation, or a related field preferred.

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are an advantage but not mandatory.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel regionally within the GCC as needed.
