Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coffee Machine Technician located in Muscat. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting coffee machines to ensure optimal functionality. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment for malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, operating machinery, and ensuring all repairs are carried out efficiently. Providing excellent customer support and maintaining detailed service records will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with coffee machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• General knowledge and experience with machinery repair and adjustments
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in coffee machine servicing or related fields is an advantage
• Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
