Job descriptionExperience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years. Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development. Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development. Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination. CRM and proposal / RFP process experience. Level of Arabic – Advanced and above. Level of English – Advanced and above. Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function. Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology. Andersen cooperates with such companies as Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, Allianz, Ryanair, TUI, Verivox, Media Markt, etc.. The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager in Oman to join its team.
Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company with more than 3,500 high-class professionals : developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. The company cooperates with such businesses as Dubai Police, Wafeq وافِق, QNB Group, HyperPay, GULF DRUG, ADIPEC and other local MENA clients.
Today, we are working with businesses from various parts of the world, including North America, Western Europe, Australia, and the UAE. Our expertise covers FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and other industries.
Responsibilities
- Expanding the contact network and active networking to attract new clients and develop relationships with existing ones.
- Collaborating with the team and key stakeholders on the client side to identify potential business challenges and propose solutions, as well as developing and implementing business processes for client engagement.
- Re-engaging clients for renewed cooperation.
- Business trips for client meetings.
- Conducting commercial negotiations with C-level executives of client companies.
- Proactively resolving current client issues and concerns.
- Conducting pre-sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to support the project’s development plan and strategy, and monitoring their outcomes.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences.
- Holding in-person meetings, organizing and delivering presentations, delegating tasks, and coordinating cross-departmental processes to implement the strategy.
