Education Qualification

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions and practices. Experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development is essential.

Skill / Knowledge

  • Language Skills : Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Labor Law Knowledge : Direct experience with labor law and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Understanding of Oman Labour Law and its application in the workplace.
  • Additional Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assist in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Aid in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Help support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assist in nurturing and enhancing a positive working environment.
  • Support the management of the company’s performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Help oversee pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of training programs.
  • Assist with departmental and individual scorecard management.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure company practices comply with Oman Labor Law.
