Education Qualification
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions and practices. Experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development is essential.
Skill / Knowledge
- Language Skills : Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Labor Law Knowledge : Direct experience with labor law and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Understanding of Oman Labour Law and its application in the workplace.
- Additional Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.
